1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set forth below:

• "Service" refers to the financial education programs and related services provided by lleedgerrowes.
• "User," "You," "Your" refers to the individual accessing our website or enrolling in our programs.
• "We," "Us," "Our" refers to lleedgerrowes.
• "Content" refers to all materials, information, and resources provided through our programs and website.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any enrollment agreements.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, inquiring about our services, or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in our programs. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement and have the legal capacity to be bound by these terms.

3. Service Description

lleedgerrowes provides financial education programs designed to teach practical skills in areas such as financial record-keeping, mortgage literacy, and retirement income planning. Our programs consist of scheduled sessions, materials, and in some cases, individual consultations.

Program schedules, content, and delivery methods are subject to change based on operational requirements and instructor availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of any significant changes in advance.

4. Program Enrollment

4.1 Enrollment Process

To enroll in a program, you must complete our enrollment process, provide required information, and pay applicable fees. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and our acceptance of your enrollment.

4.2 Enrollment Requirements

You must provide accurate and complete information during enrollment. You are responsible for updating any changes to your contact information or personal circumstances that may affect your participation.

4.3 Program Capacity

Programs have limited enrollment capacity. We reserve the right to decline enrollment requests if a program is at capacity or if we determine that the program is not suitable for your needs.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Program Fees

Program fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are due in full prior to the start of the program unless alternative payment arrangements have been made in writing.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other payment methods as specified during enrollment. Processing fees may apply to certain payment methods.

5.3 Refund Policy

Program fees are non-refundable after the first session of the program has been conducted. If you withdraw before the first session, you may receive a refund minus a 15% administrative fee. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

If we cancel a program before it begins, you will receive a full refund of fees paid. If we cancel a program after it has started, you will receive a pro-rated refund for uncompleted sessions.

6. Participant Responsibilities

6.1 Attendance

You are expected to attend all scheduled program sessions. If you must miss a session, please notify us in advance. We will provide session notes for missed sessions but cannot guarantee individual make-up instruction.

6.2 Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully during program sessions. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the program without refund.

6.3 Confidentiality

You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants. Information shared by other participants during sessions should not be disclosed outside the program setting.

7. Intellectual Property

All program materials, content, worksheets, templates, and resources provided by lleedgerrowes are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.1 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use program materials for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written consent.

7.2 Restrictions

You may not use our materials to provide financial education services to others, incorporate them into your own programs, or share them with individuals who have not enrolled in our programs.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Educational Services

Our programs provide financial education and are not financial advice, investment advice, or tax advice. We are educators, not financial advisors, investment managers, or tax professionals. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your financial situation.

8.2 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from participating in our programs. Your financial success depends on many factors beyond our control, including your individual circumstances, decisions, and actions.

8.3 Service Availability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, lleedgerrowes, its instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or participation in our programs.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless lleedgerrowes, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your enrollment in a program or access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may terminate your enrollment by providing written notice to us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as specified in our refund policy.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiation with us.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any enrollment agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and lleedgerrowes regarding your use of our services.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.
